booking.
deposit. Once a price, date and time is confirmed, a deposit will be required to secure your appointment.
reschedule. If you need to reschedule, please contact me 72 hours before your appointment. For your first time rescheduling, you may transfer your deposit to the new date. Subsequent changes will result in losing your original deposit and require a new deposit.
cancellations. If you wish to cancel your booking, please give at least one week notice to receive a full refund on your deposit.

late. Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are more than 30mins late your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited.
no shows. If you do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
